Beim Packen des Zeltes schwante mir schon B\u00f6ses als ich gen Himmel schaute. Von den Cairngorms her rollten mir die ersten tiefgrauen Wolken entgegen. Und genau dort musste ich durch um zu meinem ersten Basislager zu kommen.<br \/>\nEs kam wie es kommen musste, der typische schottische Landregen hiess mich willkommen. Beim n\u00e4chsten Tankstopp musste dann auch die Regenkombi ran. Ersteres weil ich doch tats\u00e4chlich vergessen hatte, mir eine Tasse mitzunehmen. Nach Schottland reisen, Zelten einplanen, aber dann keine Tasse f\u00fcr Tee dabei haben. Flugs in den erstbesten Supermarkt mit Cafe, schon war ich versorgt. Nebelschwaden kamen vom Meer auf Land und liessen stellenweise Sichtweiten von weniger als 100m zu. Denn es stellte sich heraus, dass Google Maps zwar die (private) Zufahrtsstrasse zum B&amp;B kannte, aber mein Nuviz Navi benutzt &#8220;Here&#8221;. Das dachte zwar die Adresse zu kennen, benutzte aber ein falsche Anfahrt. Und als mir das Navi sagte &#8220;Ziel erreicht&#8221; w\u00e4hrend ich in einem Schlammweg steckte, kam gl\u00fccklicherweise ein &#8220;local&#8221; vorbei und wies mir den rechten Weg. Ich war in dem Augenblick doch froh eine Enduro zu fahren.<br \/>\nSo anders war die Anfahrt zum eigentlichen B&amp;B dann auch wieder nicht. Jahrhundert, total verwinkelt mit etlichen An- und Umbauten, schr\u00e4gen T\u00fcrrahmen und Bad \u00fcber&#8217;m Flur. Schnuckelig w\u00fcrde man wohl sagen. &#8220;Forse of Nature&#8221; heisst das Haus und hat auch ein Cafe dabei das Speisen aus lokal hergestellten Zutaten anbietet. Ausserdem werden auch andere lokale Produkte verkauft, in erster Linie handgemachte Gebrauchsgegenst\u00e4nde oder Schmuck von kleinen Betrieben aus der Caithness Region. Caithness ist der oberste nord\u00f6stliche Zipfel von Nord-Schottland.
